The Role
TH is looking to add a Debt Advisory Specialist to join our newly created Debt Advisory Practice. The chosen candidate will play a critical role in advising clients on complex debt financing solutions. As part of our Debt Advisory practice, the role requires a professional with in-depth knowledge of capital markets, structuring various debt instruments, and established relationships with lenders and financial institutions across Europe, and ideally, globally. This senior position is integral to driving the firm's advisory capabilities, delivering customized financing strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction through expertise and high-touch service.

Key Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, CFA, ACA) are highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in debt advisory, corporate finance, or related fields, with a strong record of leading complex financing transactions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modelling, debt structuring, and working knowledge of legal documentation for financing transactions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of establishing trusted client relationships. Performance Metrics:
- Client Satisfaction: Consistently high client satisfaction scores and repeat business.
- Deal Volume: Effective closure of transactions within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Revenue Generation: Contribution to the firm's revenue targets through successful deal sourcing and execution.
