Job Title: Associate Vice President (AVP) – ISO Audits & Compliance

Reports To: Sr. Vice President

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Associate Vice President (AVP) – ISO Audits & Compliance to lead our audit and accreditation functions. The AVP will oversee a team of auditors, ensure compliance with multiple accreditation bodies, and drive excellence in ISO certification processes. This role requires deep expertise in ISO standards, audit management, and regulatory compliance, combined with strong leadership and strategic execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead ISO Audit Team: Manage and oversee a team of auditors performing ISO audits, including ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, ISO 22301, and CSA STAR.
  2. Accreditation Management: Maintain compliance and accreditation with multiple accreditation bodies, ensuring adherence to regulatory and certification requirements.
  3. Audit Deliverables & Quality Assurance: Oversee all deliverables, ensuring timely completion, high-quality execution, and alignment with business objectives.
  4. Management Systems Compliance: Maintain and enhance the ControlCase's management systems in accordance with ISO 17021, ISO 27006, and various accreditation body rules.
  5. Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with senior management to align compliance strategies with business goals and drive continuous improvements.
  6. Leadership & Talent Development: Lead performance management, mentoring, and professional development initiatives to build a high-performing audit team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Business Administration, Compliance, or a related field.
  • [10+] years of experience in ISO audits, accreditation management, and compliance leadership.
  • Expertise in ISO standards, particularly ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, ISO 22301, CSA STAR, ISO 17021, and ISO 27006.
  • Experience in managing audit teams and accreditation compliance.
  • Completed at least 100 hours of ISO audits as a Lead Auditor.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements, risk management, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Required Certifications:

  • ISO Lead Auditor certifications for ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and ISO 22301.

Preferred Certifications:

  • CCSK (Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge) and/or CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) / CISM (Certified Information Security Manager).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and governance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with automation in compliance processes.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving industry regulations and accreditation standards.
