Job Summary :
Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, implement workarounds, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high system availability and performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to ensure the smooth operation of systems.
- Troubleshoot issues and implement effective workarounds.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high system availability and performance.
- Monitor systems and proactively identify potential issues.
- Document processes, solutions, and knowledge for future reference.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in production support or comparable tasks in a technologically environment.
- Technical expertise in operating systems, databases (such as SQL and Oracle), programming languages, and monitoring tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Technical expertise in operating systems (Windows, Linux), databases (SQL, Oracle), and programming languages (Java, Python, etc.).
- Proficiency in using monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
- Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, Oracle Certified Associate, or similar are desirable but not required.
