Sales leaders at 30+ of India's largest enterprises (LIC, Kotak Life, Mahindra, Whirlpool, Axis Bank, Torrent Pharma, and more) already trust us to drive outcomes at scale.We're looking for a Senior Solution Consultant to partner closely with Account Executives to understand customer use cases, tailor demos, and articulate how our sales enablement platform delivers measurable value. This role is all about convincing the customer of the product fit and ROI, while the sales team focuses on relationship building and deal orchestration.The Role:- Partner with Account Executives during discovery to understand customer pain points and requirements- Translate customer needs into tailored solution proposals and product workflows- Design, prepare, and deliver compelling product demos customized to each client- Create concept notes, business cases, and ROI models that showcase measurable value- Support proof of concept (PoC) and pilot projects, ensuring client expectations are met- Handle technical, product, and compliance questions with confidence- Build trusted advisor relationships with prospects and customers during the evaluation processYou Are Someone Who:- Top pedigree: Tier-1 MBA (IIM/ISB/FMS/XLRI) or equivalent sharpness.- 5-8 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or sales engineering in enterprise SaaS- Proven ability to deliver persuasive demos and concept notes for large enterprises- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills- Experience engaging senior business and IT stakeholders- Understanding of SaaS integrations, APIs, and enterprise compliance standards- Analytical skills to build ROI models and articulate business valueIf you're a consultative storyteller who loves shaping use cases, building demos, and proving value, this role is for you.
