Role Overview As a Strategy Manager, you will work closely with the founders to drive high-impact strategic initiatives across the organization. This is a cross-functional role ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to shape the future of fintech in India. Key Responsibilities - Partner with the founders and leadership team to define and execute key strategic and growth initiatives. - Translate high-level company goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. - Lead and own high-impact, cross-functional projects that may not have a clearly defined owner. - Facilitate alignment and collaboration across product, operations, growth, and finance teams. - Identify roadblocks and proactively drive solutions to ensure timely execution of critical projects. - Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and dashboards for board meetings and key stakeholder reviews. - Analyze key operational and financial metrics to provide insights and recommendations. - Support investor communications by addressing queries and sharing regular business updates and insights. Must-Have Qualifications: - MBA from a top-tier B-school (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, etc.) and graduation from top technology institutes (IITs / NITs) - 13 years of experience in strategy consulting, Investment Banking or a similar role at a high-growth startup or tech company Skills & Mindset: - Strong structured thinking and ability to break down complex challenges - Bias for action with high accountability and a hands-on approach - Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and financial/business analysis - Ability to understand macro trends and align them with company goals - Ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders - Thrive in a fast-evolving, ambiguous environment with changing priorities
