IndiEuros is a premium admission concierge for UG/PG/MBBS, delivering white-glove support from profile mapping and SOPs to visa and post-landing. We're moving from founder-led to professionally managed with Tier-2 expansion across Delhi-NCR, UP and MP.

- Revenue & Profitability: Own enrolment targets (quarterly/annual) and deliver 12%+ EBITDA through disciplined contribution per student.

- Channel Mix: Drive a balanced acquisition engine across B2C, B2B and Referrals-no single-channel dependence.

- Portfolio: Grow UG/PG/MBBS/Concierge under a service-fee + commission model with premium tiered offerings.

Role Summary

Own the enrolment funnel and partner ecosystem end-to-end. You will convert demand into offers, visas and enrolments at scale, while building and governing university/aggregator partnerships. Full accountability for P&L drivers (conversion, CAC discipline, contribution, refunds) and student experience (SLAs/NPS).

What you'll own

1) Enrolment Funnel (B2C/B2B/Referrals)

- Govern stage-wise conversion Leads - Counselling - Applications - Offers - Visa - Enrolments with weekly forecast and gap-to-plan actions.

- Set lead routing SLAs, show-rate tactics, counsellor playbooks, and objection-handling scripts; reduce cycle time.

2) Partnerships & Supply

- Build and manage region-wise portfolio (US/Canada/UK/Europe/Australia/UAE) using direct and aggregator models.

- Negotiate commissions, co-marketing, exclusivities; maximise partner yield; retire low-yield routes.

- Ensure portal integrations, admissibility matrices, intake calendars, and counsellor enablement.

3) GTM Enablement

- Co-own campaign calendars with Growth/Marketing; align offers/intakes to B2C, school/college (B2B), and referral pushes.

- Run events/webinars and school outreach with clear quotas and post-event conversion motions.

4) Operations & Customer Experience

- Standardise SOPs for eligibility, documentation, SOP/LOR quality, CAS/I-20/CoE readiness; enforce SLAs and audit trails.

- Own refund/deferral policy gates with Finance; drive NPS and complaint resolution TATs.

5) Financial Stewardship (P&L drivers)

- Hold contribution per student, discount guardrails, and refund leakage; monitor CAC by channel with corrective plans.

- Run monthly unit-economics and variance reviews (conversion, cycle time, write-offs).

6) People, Data & Tech

- Hire and lead Enrolment Managers, Counsellors, Partner Managers, and Admissions Ops; set OKRs and incentives.

- Deploy/optimise CRM (Leap/Zoro/HubSpot), partner portals and dashboards; enforce data hygiene and forecast cadence.

7) Compliance & Policy Watch

- Track UKVI/CAS, IRCC/SDS, SEVIS, DHA/GTE and VFS/BLS updates; ensure claims/advertising compliance and partner policy adherence.

KPIs (weekly/monthly)

- Revenue vs plan | EBITDA % | Contribution/student | CAC by channel

- Offer rate | Visa grant rate | Enrolment rate | Cycle time

- Refund/deferral rate | NPS/SLA

- Partner count & yield | Time-to-onboard | Portal SLA adherence

- Counsellor productivity | Show-rate | CRM accuracy

What we're looking for

Mandatory domain experience: 100% prior experience in Study Abroad / International Student Recruitment & Education Services (agency/consultancy, admissions/enrolment management, university partnerships). Applications without this specific industry experience will not be considered.

- MBA/Master's preferred; 6-12 years leading enrolment and partnerships with measurable funnel ownership and commercial outcomes.

- Deep working knowledge of CAS, I-20, CoE, GTE/SOP, visa documentation flows and university portal/process adoption.

- Data-driven operator who builds teams, hits numbers, improves systems and protects brand for the right leader: Fixed + Incentives / Revenue Share / Profit Share / ESOPs.
