IndiEuros is a premium admission concierge for UG/PG/MBBS, delivering white-glove support from profile mapping and SOPs to visa and post-landing. We are moving from founder-led to professionally managed, with Tier-2 expansion across Delhi-NCR, UP, and MP.

- Revenue & Profitability: Co-own quarterly and annual revenue targets and deliver 12%+ EBITDA through disciplined execution.

- Channel Mix: Build and operate a balanced engine across B2C, B2B, and Referrals-no single-channel dependence.

- Portfolio: Scale UG/PG/MBBS/Concierge under a service-fee + commission model with premium, tiered offerings.

Role Summary

Own both Growth and Operations end-to-end. You will turn strategy into pipeline, conversions, capacity, and centre economics-building teams, systems, and partnerships that produce predictable enrolments and premium customer experience. Full accountability for P&L drivers, cost-to-serve, CX/NPS, and delivery SLAs.

What you'll own

1) Growth Engine (GTM & Pipeline)

- Architect the multi-channel funnel and quotas:

B2C: Performance marketing (Google/Meta/YouTube/SEO), walk-in centres, events/webinars.

B2B: Schools/colleges, corporate tie-ups, consultant network (revenue-share).

Referrals: Structured parent/student programs with low CAC and high trust.

- Govern lead quality, routing SLAs, show-rate, and stage-wise conversion; run weekly forecast and win-rate reviews.

2) Partnerships & Supply Enablement

- Onboard priority universities at speed; secure competitive commissions, co-marketing/exclusive plays.

- Ensure portal integrations, counsellor enablement, compliance with partner policies; improve partner yield.

3) Operations & Customer Experience

- Standardise SOPs for counselling - applications - offers - visa - post-landing; enforce SLAs and NPS.

- Build a scalable documentation/visa/concierge backbone with QA, audit trails, and rapid issue resolution.

- Own refunds/exception workflow and cycle-time reduction.

4) Centres & Geography

- Launch/operate centres (priority: Noida + Tier-2 towns) with clear centre P&L, staffing, and utilisation plans.

- In metros (Delhi/Mumbai/Bengaluru/Pune), leverage events + consultant network until centre economics justify footprint.

5) Financial Stewardship

- Co-own P&L / BS / WC; hold cost-to-serve, vendor terms, and centre opex; deliver 12%+ EBITDA.

- Run monthly unit-economics reviews (CAC, contribution per student, refunds, write-offs) and corrective actions.

6) People, Culture & Performance

- 90-day people plan: counsellors, visa/docs, ops execs, centre managers, growth/SDR; set OKRs, incentives, and coaching cadence.

- Build a numbers-first, customer-obsessed culture; hire, onboard, and upskill to playbooks.

7) Tech, Data & Automation

- Deploy CRM (Leap / Zoro / HubSpot), university portals, dashboards, and mobile/app tracking; automate follow-ups, reminders, and reporting.

- Enforce data hygiene; produce clear revenue/ops dashboards for decision-making.

KPIs (weekly/monthly)

- Revenue vs plan | EBITDA % | Cash burn / runway

- Funnel by channel: Leads - Counselling - Applications - Offers - Visa - Enrolments (conversion & cycle-time)

- CAC/ROAS by channel | Contribution per student | Cost-to-serve | Refund rate

- Centre revenue & EBITDA | NPS / SLA adherence | Partner count & yield | University activation time

- Counsellor productivity | Utilisation | Attrition | CRM accuracy

What we're looking for

Mandatory domain experience: 100% prior experience in Study Abroad / International Student Recruitment & Education Services (agency/consultancy, admissions/enrolment management, university partnerships). Applications without this specific industry experience will not be considered.

- MBA preferred; 7-12 years owning growth + service operations with P&L in education services/edtech/premium services.

- Depth in international admissions operations, university portal/process adoption, and visa/documentation flows.

- Proven strength in funnel governance, centre launches, SOP/SLAs, unit-economics, and cross-functional leadership.

- Data-driven operator who builds teams, hits numbers, and improves systems-not just for the right leader: Fixed + Incentives / Revenue Share / Profit Share / ESOPs.
