Job Details

Experience: 5–7 years in sales/business development for staffing, outsourcing, or resource augmentation services.

Compensation: Max upto 10 LPA + sales incentives.

Qualification: Graduation is a must.

Location: Remote.

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days (Candidates with a notice period of less than 30 days are preferred).

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proven track record of acquiring new clients in tech staffing/resource outsourcing.
  • Strong network with decision-makers in BFSI, telecom, or large enterprise sectors.
  • Established network of clients in Mumbai and Western India.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for technology staffing, outsourcing, and resource augmentation services.
  • Build relationships with CXO-level decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, L&D Heads).
  • Manage the entire sales cycle – lead generation, pitch, proposal, negotiation, closure, and client onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth delivery and ramp-up for new accounts.
  • Consistently generate qualified leads through networking, outreach, industry events, and cold calling.
  • Maintain sales pipeline in CRM and prepare weekly/quarterly reports.
