What you will do:
- Aggressively take in the advertisers from your current connections first and develop perspective and strategic clients in the main domains you already have good foundations.
- Understanding of Performance metrics is must such CPM,CPL,CPI,CPR,CPO, Cost per Mail , CPA, CPS .
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with the clients and provide exceptional client support.
- To achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Precede well and proper clients expectation management.
- To negotiate reasonable KPIs feasible for internal teams to deliver the results.
- To scan the market to identify the potential client landscape and to develop sales strategy and to come out with a Strategic Client Portfolio to guide Company's resources allocation.
- Creatively sell Adzurite advertising solutions outside of the "general presentation" via any sales approach such as creative emails, mailings, cold calls and other collateral.
- Demonstrate outstanding organization, preparation, and convincing presentation Bachelor's/master's degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-4 years of proven Media sales experience.
- You have to be a Storyteller and be good at sensing clients' demand & pain-points to propose our solution with a consultative selling way to bring in sales opportunities.
- You will need to find all the ways to approach and to pitch direct clients & agencies both.
- In particular, you have to be keen to find out who controls the advertising budgets and who are the key influencers in the clients.
- Need to collect latest market information & competitors progress and Help Company establish market & competitors analysis database.
- You shall be capable of being a market intelligence center in the company.
- Demonstrated knowledge in a wide variety of digital advertising concepts, practices and procedures.
- Intelligence, positive attitude, enthusiasm, high energy, independent, and sense of humor.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to succeed in a competitive selling environment.
- Good communication skill able to coordinate well with internal supporting teams to raise your requests and required assistance in a very specific way.
