This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills to maintain operational efficiency and team motivation in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. - Track KPIs and ensure consistent performance delivery. - Conduct coaching, feedback, and regular performance reviews. - Manage attendance, schedules, and adherence to company policies. - Identify skill gaps and collaborate with HR & Training teams for development. - Handle customer escalations to ensure quick resolution and satisfaction. - Prepare and present team performance reports to management. - Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and quality. - Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture.Skills & Competencies- Proven leadership and team-management experience - Strong decision-making and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM/reporting tools - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressureQualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s Degree (UG required) - Minimum 4 years of total experience, including 2+ years in a Team Leader / Supervisory role within International Outbound Sales - Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targetsPerformance Metrics- Team productivity and sales achievement - Quality and accuracy of deliverables - Employee engagement and retention rate - Process compliance and operational efficiencyWhy Join Mergen InfotechAt Mergen Infotech Pvt Ltd, we value innovation, teamwork, and excellence.
