About the RoleWe are looking for an experiencedTeam Leader – US Loan Operationsto lead a team responsible forLoan Notice Tagging, Past Dues, and Exception Reporting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience inUS Loan Operations, a strong understanding ofCLO loans, and proven expertise in managing teams in a dynamic, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage theLoan Operations (Notice Tagging)process, driving operational excellence. Review untagged loan notices and accurately identify lender and facility details, activity type, and effective dates. Partner with agent banks to resolve payment and exception issues. Ensure all reporting exceptions are cleared before deadlines and escalate potential risks to management. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and daily cadence calls. Collaborate with Quality and Training teams to uphold process standards. Manage capacity planning, forecasting, and team performance against SLAs. Identify and implement process improvement opportunities. Required Qualifications & Experience Education:Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce or Business. Experience:4–6 years inUS Loan Operations, with at least1 year of experience leading a teamof 15–20 members. Strong understanding ofCLO loansand associated workflows. Demonstrated ability to manage large volume fluctuations and meet tight SLAs. Experience inprocess audits, documentation, and updating procedural manual
