Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for an Operation Sales Team Leader based in Delhi, India. The Operation Sales Team Leader will oversee and manage day-to-day sales operations, set and achieve team performance targets, and ensure smooth communication between the team and management. Responsibilities also include mentoring and developing team members, analyzing sales metrics, establishing process improvements, and crafting strategies to drive business growth. This role demands a proactive approach to fostering collaboration and driving effective sales solutions.
