Job Title: Senior Sales Team Leader

Job Responsibilities:

. Manage and Assist team members and juniors.

· Handle domestic and international travel inquiries from clients.

· Promote and sell travel packages, hotel bookings, and holiday deals.

· Generate new leads and convert them into confirmed sales.

· Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

· Coordinate with the operations team for smooth trip execution.

· Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

· Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel proposals as per client requirements.

Required Skills:

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

· Strong knowledge of travel destinations and packages.

· Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections confidently.

· Good command over Hindi and English (spoken & written).

· Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling, CRM knowledge preferred).

Educational Qualification / Experience:

· Minimum Graduate in any stream.

· Candidates having experience in the travel industry or qualification in travel, tourism, or hospitality will be preferred.
