Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Delhi, India, for a Sales Team Leader. The Sales Team Leader will oversee daily team operations, guide and motivate sales representatives, set performance goals, and ensure individual and team targets are met. Regular responsibilities include analyzing sales performance, addressing customer needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with management to devise strategies that drive revenue growth. The role also involves ensuring high levels of customer service and maintaining team morale for consistent productivity.

Qualifications

  • Strong Team Management and Leadership abilities to inspire and guide a sales team effectively.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills for assessing sales metrics, identifying trends, and developing strategies for improvement.
  • Relevant experience in sales or team leadership roles is highly preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and deliver results under pressure.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
