Type: On 3rd party contract (The job will be on contract through 3rd party external consulting company. The contract will be for 1 year from the date of joining. Basis performance of the individual the contract may be extended.)
Model of working: From office, all 5 days. We are looking for a highly capable IT support specialist to provide technical assistance to our staff. In this role, your duties will include ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software technologies, enhancing system performance, and securing data. You will also be required to advise on IT equipment upgrades.
IT Support monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs and configures hardware and software, and solves technical problems.
Roles and responsibilities:
Deployment and maintenance of workstations, user assistance:
- Processing of OVH Cloud user tickets (Worldwide)
- Processing direct requests from OVH Cloud employees (Worldwide)
- Prepare computer stations for new arrivals.
- Help with connections during moves
- Ensure the proper functioning of networks and connections.
- Monitoring maintenance operations.
- Implement technical solutions adapted to the problems encountered.
- Ensure reporting to your hierarchical superiors.
- Physical installation: Network, office, various equipment.
- Stock management: Storage, Inventories.
- Processing a minimum of 60 tickets per week.
Experience requirements:
- Should have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience.
