Help Desk Technician II

We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Technician II to join our team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to staff and customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to technical inquiries and requests from staff and customers.
- Provide technical assistance and support for IT-related issues and problems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
