About the Position:
The L1 Service Desk Engineer at ThoughtSol Infotech Pvt. Ltd is the primary point of contact for IT support within the organization.
Key responsibilities include handling initial support requests, troubleshooting technical issues, resolving basic IT incidents, and escalating complex problems to higher support levels.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming service desk calls, emails, and tickets in a timely manner.

- Escalate complex issues to higher support levels when necessary.
Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
