It aspires to be the trusted health partner for allIndians and its mission is to make healthcare accessible, understandable, and affordable Leading thechart as one of the top consumer health platforms through e-pharmacy, e-diagnostics, e-consulting andoffline stores, it is also one of the most preferred pharmacy and diagnostic partners for the leadinghospitals in India.It enables consumers to learn more about their medicines and find more cost-effective substitutes.Tata 1mg is an initiative taken in the spirit of public service with a vision to empower Indian consumers and caregivers to select the most appropriate healthcare service at the best possible prices.Brief about the Team :The DevOps team at Tata 1mg is a skilled and dedicated group responsible for developing and maintaining the robust infrastructure that powers the company's platform.With expertise in backend technologies, they seamlessly integrate systems, databases, and APIs to improve and help in users healthcare journey.Their focus on security and reliability ensures high performance and data protection.The team's attention to detail and problem-solving abilities contribute to TATA 1MG's reputation as aleading health tech platform.This team focuses on automation, cost optimization, observability tools and various platform tools to build robust devops culture.What will you do :- Improve CI/CD pipelines.- Understanding the needs of different teams and building the required infrastructure for them.- Assist other department engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions.- Drive automation of application deployment for production and pre-release environments.- Define monitoring/alerting requirements and implement automated incident resolution solutions.- Define and document standard run books and operating procedures.- Create and maintain system information and architecture diagrams.- Monitor various systems capacity and health indicators and trends; provide analytics & forecasts for added or reduced capacity as required.- Provide troubleshooting and break-fix support for production services.- Identify areas for process and efficiency improvement within Platform Services Operations; recommend solutions and oversee implementation.- Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cyber security threats- Drive Cost optimization.- Integrate and /or build platform tools to improve devops and engineering culture.- Work on Observability and monitoring tools.What are we looking for :- Hands-on experience in Container Orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, EKS (Prefer).- Hands on AWS Cloud service like ec2, rds, elasticache, cloudwatch, vpc, route53 etc (Prefer).- Hands on experience in Debugging of networking, k8s, logs and metrics monitoring.- Good Understanding of Networking and Linux Basic utility, command etc.- Good understanding of devops tools like jenkins, version control, ansible, python, nginx.- Good Understanding of managing production infrastructure and security.- Good understanding of API Requests flow.- Ability to explore new things independently.- Programming language(python/java/ruby etc) experience.
