Location: Gurugram

Work Mode: 4 Days Working | 1 Day Work from Home

CTC: Up to 2,75,000 per annum

Experience Required: 1 to 2.5 years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Consultant to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of HR operations and a keen interest in supporting end-to-end HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
  • Maintain HR databases and ensure accurate employee records
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
  • Coordinate with internal teams for various HR initiatives and compliance
  • Assist in performance management and employee engagement programs
  • Handle employee queries and support HR documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2.5 years of relevant HR experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and HRMS systems is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
