THE OPPORTUNITY :
Vacancy is for the position of HR manager for a leading school of Gurgaon
- KRAs:
Overseeing the complete employee HR lifecycle
Recruitment, On-boarding, employee engagement, performance management, grievance management,HR Policy Design & re-struturing, Day-to-day HR ops.
CTC PROVISIONED :
18 Lakhs p.a -- can be more by exception for those already at that level
Offers to vary with candidate current profile & CTC
- REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role anywhere in INDIA is a MUST
- MUST: 3+ yrs exp in HR in EDU sector - exp in SCHOOLS is a +
Preferred age : 40 to 50 years
Grad or post grad. PGDM in HR from an institution of repute
