Role Overview
We are looking for proactive and enthusiastic HR Interns (Talent Acquisition) to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes, a passion for people management, and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Maintain and update HR databases to ensure accuracy of employee and candidate records
- Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires
- Collaborate with internal teams on various HR initiatives and compliance requirements
- Contribute to employee engagement and performance management support activities
- Address employee queries and assist with HR documentation
