Role Overview

We are looking for proactive and enthusiastic HR Interns (Talent Acquisition) to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes, a passion for people management, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
  • Maintain and update HR databases to ensure accuracy of employee and candidate records
  • Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires
  • Collaborate with internal teams on various HR initiatives and compliance requirements
  • Contribute to employee engagement and performance management support activities
  • Address employee queries and assist with HR documentation
