About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join our Talent Acquisition team and assist in bulk hiring for non-IT roles. This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want to build a career in HR recruitment, gain hands-on experience, and understand the end-to-end hiring process in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment team in bulk/volume hiring for non-IT roles such as sales, customer service, operations, logistics, and BPO.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and daily recruitment reports.
  • Participate in walk-in drives, mass hiring events, or virtual recruitment campaigns.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and contribute to a positive candidate experience.
  • Learn and assist in end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing to onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or completed Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a team, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with job portals (preferred).
