Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment (HR) Intern to join our human resources team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Resume Screening: Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
  • Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews with potential candidates.
  • Job Postings: Post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.
  • Database Management: Update internal employee databases with new employee information.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing interview materials, sending job offers, and rejection letters.
  • Employee Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events and career fairs.
  • Market Research: Gather market salary information and industry trends.
  • Policy Assistance: Help in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous.
  • Proactive Attitude: Self-starter with a high degree of initiative and willingness to learn.
  • Networking Abilities: Comfortable engaging with potential candidates and partners at events and through direct outreach.
