Duration: 3 Months Internship

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join our Talent Acquisition team and assist in bulk hiring for non-IT roles. This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want to build a career in HR recruitment, gain hands-on experience, and understand the end-to-end hiring process in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the recruitment team in bulk/volume hiring for non-IT roles such as sales, customer service, operations, logistics, and BPO.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives.

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.

Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and daily recruitment reports.

Participate in walk-in drives, mass hiring events, or virtual recruitment campaigns.

Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and contribute to a positive candidate experience.

Learn and assist in end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Pursuing or completed Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interest in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of recruitment and sourcing techniques.

Ability to multitask, work in a team, and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with job portals (preferred).
