We are a fast-growing Ayurvedic product company seeking a skilled and motivated e-commerce executive to join our team. If you have hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and a knack for driving online sales, managing operations, and resolving issues, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize product listings across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Snapdeal, Tata 1mg, and others.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost product visibility and sales across multiple marketplaces.
- Plan, execute, and analyze e-commerce ad campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Handle daily order processing, including tracking, dispatch coordination, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Address and resolve customer issues, queries, and complaints related to orders on various platforms.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, and order fulfillment to ensure seamless operations.
- Analyze sales data and create actionable insights to increase revenue.
- Stay updated with platform policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotions.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations and ad management.
- Proficiency in managing marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Snapdeal, and Tata 1mg.
- Expertise in e-commerce advertising (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills to manage order-related issues and customer concerns.
- Familiarity with product listing optimization techniques (SEO, keywords, etc.).
- Ability to handle multiple platforms and tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
