**Job Description: E-commerce Executive (Flipkart & Amazon)**

About the Role:
**Responsibilities**:
Platform Management (Flipkart & Amazon):

- Product Listing & Optimization:

- Create and manage accurate and compelling product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and specifications, adhering to platform guidelines.
- Optimize product listings for search visibility using relevant keywords and SEO best practices.
- Monitor and update product information, pricing, and inventory levels regularly.
- Order Management:

- Process and manage orders efficiently, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, returns, and refunds.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, and customer reviews.
- Generate regular reports on platform performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Promotions & Campaigns:

- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and deals to drive sales and increase product visibility.
- Participate in platform-specific sales events and promotions.
- Manage and optimize product advertising campaigns within the platforms.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with Flipkart and Amazon.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and automation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.98 - ₹30,007.66 per month
