Job Description: E-commerce Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled E-commerce Executive to join our dynamic team at VIJIT RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED. As a leading E-commerce company, we pride ourselves on providing top-quality apparel online, catering to customers worldwide through platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, eBay, and more.

Located in the bustling Sector 37 in Gurugram, we offer a stimulating and vibrant work environment where creativity and innovation thrive.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing and overseeing our E-commerce platform with a focus on optimizing sales and driving revenue growth.
- Efficiently listing and updating items on various marketplace channels to ensure accurate product information and availability.
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to promote items through targeted advertisements, sales campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Analyzing market trends and customer behavior to make data-driven decisions regarding pricing, inventory management, and product selection.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of E-commerce initiatives.
- Monitoring and addressing customer reviews and inquiries to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in E-commerce operations, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficient in using E-commerce platforms and marketplaces, along with strong knowledge of online retail practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to craft compelling product descriptions and promotional messages.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

We offer a competitive pay range of 15000 to 28000, commensurate with skills and experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
