**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering a positive online community.
Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
**E-commerce Management**:
Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon).
Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and improve the customer experience.
Collaborate with the product and design teams to ensure product listings are accurate, attractive, and optimized for search engines.
Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics and KPIs, and provide regular reports to management.
Coordinate with the customer service team to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
**Content Creation and Management**:
Develop compelling content that aligns with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
Produce visually appealing content by creating posts and reels.
Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all digital platforms.
**Analytics and Reporting**:
Track, measure, and report on the performance of social media and e-commerce campaigns.
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to gather insights and inform future strategies.
Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing efforts.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management and e-commerce marketing.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and e-commerce platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,509.89 - ₹25,000.00 per month
