**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**1. Bid Management**:Evaluate, refine, and implement bidding strategies to optimize Return on Investment (ROI). o Monitor and adjust bid performance across multiple platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, Meesho, and others to maximize results.

**2. Campaign Management**: Develop comprehensive marketing campaigns aimed at driving traffic, increasing conversion rates, and boosting revenue. o Implement and oversee the execution of these campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives a**.**

**3. E-commerce Operations**:Take charge of day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth functionality and an exceptional user experience. o Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service to effectively execute strategies and initiatives.

**4. Performance Analysis**:Conduct regular performance analysis and reporting to track key metrics, identify trends, and uncover areas for improvement. o Utilize data insights to generate actionable recommendations for optimizing performance and achieving business goals.

**5. Content Managemen**t: Maintain accurate, engaging, and optimized product listings across all e-commerce channels. o Work closely with the content team to ensure that product descriptions, images, and other content assets are compelling and effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.

**Qualifications**:
**-**Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, with a strong understanding of bidding strategies, campaign management, and performance analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
