
E-commerce Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced **E- Commerce Manager (Marketplace)** to head our marketplace team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both paid and organic activities on major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), ensuring that our brand presence is optimized and sales are maximized. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive growth, develop account strategies, and manage campaigns.
- **Account Management**:Manage relationships with key marketplace accounts (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) to drive revenue and brand growth. Oversee the performance of accounts, ensuring high visibility, optimizing listings, and improving organic ranking. Act as the primary point of contact managing overall account health & hygiene.
- **Paid Campaigns**:Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across marketplace platforms. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to enhance ROI. Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and advertising spend to achieve the best possible outcomes for paid promotions.
- **Organic Optimization**:Develop and implement strategies to improve organic visibility and ranking for products on marketplace platforms. Optimize product listings with relevant keywords, titles, descriptions, and images to increase conversion rates. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of trends and adjust organic strategies accordingly.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:Track and report on KPIs such as sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI for both paid and organic activities. Present regular performance reports and actionable insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to develop high-quality assets for marketplace listings and campaigns.
- **Problem Solving**:Address any issues related to account management, such as out-of-stock situations, listing problems, or policy violations. Troubleshoot performance dips and work with relevant teams to resolve issues.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in managing marketplace accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and running paid campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, listing optimization, and e-commerce best practices.
- Proficient in marketplace advertising platforms (e.g., Amazon Advertising, Flipkart Ads).
- **Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights.**:
- Good communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficient in Excel and marketplace reporting tools.
**Preferred**:
- Experience with tools like Helium10, JungleScout, or similar marketplace management platforms.
- Experience in marketplace advertising platforms (e.g., Amazon Advertising, Flipkart Ads). Analysis & Reporting E - commerce platforms
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
