**Job Title**:E-commerce and Quick Commerce Executive**

**Location: Gurugram**

**Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month**

**Reports to: E-commerce Manager / Operations Head**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an E-commerce and Quick Commerce Executive with experience in managing online sales and inventory operations. This role involves optimizing e-commerce listings, overseeing stock transfers on a replenishment basis, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- E-commerce Management: Manage and optimize product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify.
- Stock Transfer Management: Oversee stock transfers on a replenishment basis to ensure timely availability of products across platforms.
- Order Processing: Coordinate order fulfillment, inventory, and logistics for both e-commerce and quick commerce.
- Customer Service: Address customer queries, returns, and resolve issues promptly.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and generate reports to improve performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce and quick commerce operations.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, inventory management, and data analysis.

**Preferred Skills**:

- **Experience with digital marketing, CRM tools, and inventory management systems**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
