**Job Title: E-commerce Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Website Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website(s).
- Ensure product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams to optimize the website layout, features, and customer journey.
- **Product Listings**:

- Upload and manage new products on the website, including descriptions, images, and prices.
- Track and update inventory, ensuring stock levels are accurately reflected on the site.
- **Customer Experience**:

- Monitor the customer journey on the website, identifying potential issues and areas for improvement.
- Work with the customer support team to resolve online order-related issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive improvements in product offerings and website usability.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, sales volume, website traffic, and customer engagement.
- Prepare regular reports on website performance and provide actionable insights to management.
- Use data to identify trends and recommend changes to product offerings, pricing, or marketing strategies.
- **Inventory and Order Management**:

- Coordinate with the inventory and logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring products are available and displayed on the website.
- Handle any order-related issues, returns, or exchanges with an eye on improving customer experience.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
