About the role:We need energetic and vibrant candidates to build our institutional business. The main objective is to build team, add new customers, service with our research ideas, technology and seamless accurate execution of trades.Position Title: Sales DealerDepartment/Team: Dealing - InstitutionLocation: Mumbai / ChennaiKey Responsibilities:- Executing of Trades for the clients on Equity, Derivatives & currency Markets. - Activation & Revenue Generation of clients. - Should Well versed in front end software (ODIN/ Bloomberg, Algos) - Should be well versed in backend Software (STP and Speed) for confirming the trades. - Periodic Updates about research inputs to our customers - Monitoring the client positions and update periodically.Qualification:- Education/Certifications: Graduate/ Postgraduate - Preferred Qualifications: Certification in NISM/NCFMRequired Skills and Experience:- 2-3 years of experience as Sales Dealer or a similar role in broking, AMC, mutual fund company. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to activate new clients and generate revenue. - To execute trades for clients across equity, derivatives, and currency markets with accuracy and efficiency. - Well-versed in using front-end trading software such as ODIN, Bloomberg, and algorithmic trading platforms for order placement and management. - Familiarity with backend software systems for Straight-Through Processing (STP) and speed optimization to confirm trades swiftly and securely. - Capable of monitoring client position and be committed to provide periodic updates to clients regarding research inputs, market trends, and investment opportunities to facilitate informed decision-making.If your profile matches the above requirement, please share your updated CV to csecrecruit@chola.murugappa.com
