2. Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
3. Product Expertise:
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of automotive products and leasing.
- Collaborate with product teams to align offerings with market needs.
4. Negotiation & Deal Closure:
- Negotiate terms and close deals with institutional clients.
- Manage the entire deal lifecycle.
5. Client Support & Relationship Building:
- Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor, fostering long-term client relationships.
6. Reporting & Analysis:
- Monitor sales performance and provide revenue forecasts.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, Sales, or Marketing; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in institutional sales, with a focus on the automotive and fintech sectors.
- Skills: Strong understanding of automotive sales finance, excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
