Based on 4 months performance review Team handling.Job Description: As a Business Development Manager at NNIIT, you will focus on providing academic counselling and driving enrolments for our Ed-tech solutions in the K9 and K12 education segments. This role leverages your teaching expertise in Mathematics and Physics to guide students and parents toward making informed decisions. The position requires daily face-to-face client engagements and multiple sessions on weekends to maximize impact and Counselling and Client Engagement: - Conduct a minimum of one face-to-face session daily, with multiple sessions during weekends. - Counsel students and parents in Mathematics and Physics, offering tailored advice based on academic needs. - Understand client challenges and recommend suitable academic courses and solutions from NNIIT.Sales and Lead Conversion: - Engage directly with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings to assess their requirements and close deals. - Drive enrollment by presenting the value of NNIIT's programs in an impactful and relatable manner. - Maintain a consistent follow-up strategy to ensure a high conversion rate.Relationship Management: - Build strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and satisfaction. - Address client concerns promptly and ensure smooth onboarding for enrolled students. - Leverage insights from sessions to improve the counselling approach and sales outcomes.Subject Expertise and Academic Contributions: - Use your teaching background to connect with students on an academic level, showcasing the relevance of the courses in competitive exams like JEE/NEET. - Deliver trial or demonstration classes (if required) to highlight NNIIT's academic excellence.Performance Tracking and Reporting: - Achieve and exceed monthly sales and counselling targets. - Maintain accurate client interaction records through CRM tools. - Report on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to senior Background: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Education, or a related field. - Teaching certifications or experience in JEE/NEET-level subjects is highly desirable.Work Experience: - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in teaching or academic counselling, with a preference for those with prior sales experience in the Ed-tech - Expertise in Mathematics and Physics concepts, particularly for competitive exams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and parents effectively. - Proven ability to achieve sales targets through a consultative approach. - Proficiency in CRM tools and tracking - Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently. - Comfortable with daily face-to-face engagements and managing multiple sessions on weekends. - Empathetic, understanding, and driven to make a difference in students' lives.Why Join NNIIT?: - Direct Impact: Guide students toward success in their academic journeys. - Career Growth: Develop your career in a thriving Ed-tech environment. - Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a lucrative package with performance-based incentives. - Innovative Culture: Join a forward-thinking team dedicated to revolutionizing education through technology.
