Job Overview: As a Head of Revenue, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability within our FinTech company,Spaid (part of SuperPe) , based out of Bengaluru, Karnataka (India). Operating at the forefront of revenue leadership, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive revenue generation strategies to achieve business objectives, plan out MoM revenue targets and drive sustainable growth. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our revenue operations, contributing to our mission of transforming the financial industry. Reporting Structure:You will report to the CEO.Job Scope & Key Responsibilities Developing and executing comprehensive revenue generation strategies to achieve business objectives, plan out MoM revenue targets and drive sustainable growth Leading and managing the sales, marketing, and business development teams to align efforts and optimize revenue opportunities. Collaborate with Tech Lead to pipeline and prioritize product roadmaps to align revenue generation strategies with overall business goals. Identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to expand the company’s reach and market share. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and foster long-term partnerships. Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and identify areas for innovation and differentiation. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track revenue performance and effectiveness of revenue generation initiatives. Providing regular reporting and insights to senior management and the board of directors on revenue performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. 10 years+ of proven experience in leadership roles within the Online Commerce or FinTech industry or related field. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively. Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability. Deep understanding of sales, marketing and business development strategies and best practices. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights to inform strategic decision-making.
