That's where you come in.About the RoleWe're looking for someone to own how we price beds, manage distribution channels, and optimize revenue across our hostel portfolio. You'll bring structure to revenue decisions, build visibility through data, and create systems that improve every week. If you've used data to make pricing decisions—not just reported numbers but actually owned the calls—this role is for you.What You'll Do- Own revenue targets - You'll be accountable for hitting revenue goals across the portfolio, making the pricing and channel decisions needed to get there - Build and run our dynamic pricing model - Set rates based on occupancy forecasts, competitor pricing, seasonality, and revenue targets - Optimize distribution strategy - Monitor rate parity across OTAs, reduce distribution costs, and shift channel mix to grow direct bookings - Create revenue visibility - Build daily/weekly dashboards tracking revenue per bed, occupancy, channel mix, and pricing performance - Identify and fix revenue leakage - Spot parity breaches, conversion drop-offs, and inefficiencies - Run pricing experiments - Test rate strategies and channel tactics with clear measurement - Guide the team - Give the revenue operations team clear direction on pricing decisions and teach them to think in numbersYou're a fit if:- You've built revenue management before - Set up pricing systems, managed multiple OTA channels (pricing, inventory, parity), or owned revenue outcomes at a hotel/hostel operation - You're analytically strong - Fluent in Excel/Google Sheets, comfortable with SQL, can build dashboards (experience with BI tools is a plus) - You make decisions and own outcomes - You don't just analyze—you decide and take accountability for results - You're resourceful - You've figured things out without perfect tools or complete dataBackground: 6+ years in revenue management, pricing, or yield optimization in hospitality (hotels, hostels, serviced apartments, OTAs like OYO/Treebo/MakeMyTrip) or adjacent industries (airlines, bus travel, rideshare).
