The CSM will manage **end-to-end Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and Logistics** for Ceragon Networks across India & SAARC. Operating in the **telecom and wireless networking industry**, this role blends **customer success, stakeholder management, and operational execution** with a strong focus on driving revenue, ensuring compliance, and delivering customer satisfaction. The CSM will also lead and develop a team to strengthen business outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive **Sales & Revenue Operations** aligned with business targets.
- **Plan and deliver shipments as per schedule**, ensuring timely and compliant execution.
- **Plan shipment allocation** strategically for cost efficiency and improved delivery timelines.
- Oversee **international & local shipments** across borders for cost-effective and seamless movement.
- Manage **customer relationships & vendor coordination**, resolving escalations effectively.
- Collaborate with **Sales, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain** for smooth execution.
- Ensure **customs, Incoterms, and trade compliance**.
- Optimize processes for **efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction**.
- Manage **POs, inventory, and order fulfillment** while keeping customers informed.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a **high-performing operations team**.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Business.
- 7+ years in **Sales/Revenue Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain** (preferably within **Telecom / Networking industry**).
- Expertise in **ERP systems, logistics tools, and trade documentation**.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of **customs regulations, Incoterms, and global freight protocols**.
