Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Territory Manager to lead sales initiatives in the assigned region.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the sales of plastic moulded furniture or related products, with strong exposure to channel sales and institutional/government clients.

This role requires proactive territory development, effective channel partner management, and a keen understanding of institutional buying behavior.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, appoint, and manage dealers and distributors in the assigned territory.

- Drive sales of plastic moulded furniture, crates, and bins through both retail and institutional channels.

- Engage and build strong relationships with government departments, hospitals, hotels, corporate offices, and other institutional buyers.

- Conduct regular field visits to understand market dynamics and gather competitive intelligence.

- Share updated product catalogues, pricing, and promotional offers with clients and partners.

- Coordinate with the Head Office for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

- Track and report daily sales activities, pipeline updates, and market developments to the Regional Sales Manager.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets with a strong focus on government and institutional sales.

Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in plastic moulded furniture, crates, or bins.

Industry Preference: Candidates currently working in similar product segments will be strongly preferred.

Education: MBA (Marketing or Sales preferred).

Location Flexibility: Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the mentioned territories.
