Roles & KPIs
Day 30 KPIs— "Pipeline & Paper"
§ Build a single deal memo (2–3 pages) for "Program-linked MSME credit rails" (no retail solicitation).
§ Outreach map & slots (10–15 warm targets): FMO, GuarantCo, DFID/FCDO windows, SIDBI linkages (Satya P. Singh, Chintan Gandhi), Waterfield/Client Associates, HCL/JSW CSR, ACT/CEEW climate corridors, India Accelerator (IFAD/CLASP/Ceniarth/Clarmondial).
§ Structures menu: program credit line, first-loss/guarantee, pay-as-we-save for DISCOM EE, SIDBI PRG/FFS adjacency.
§ Lock escrow/E-NACH/pay out stack (e.g., Yes Bank/RBL/ICICI + Razorpay/ Cashfree), term-sheet templates, fee schedules.
§ Targets (sample owners for outreach first month)
o DFIs/Impact: FMO (Shubhada/M. Koppenol), BII/Srini N., Convergence/Climate Lab (design grants), GEAPP/CEEW, ACT Grants climate infra.
o Wealth/FOs: Waterfield, Client Associates, ASK, 360 ONE PP-MLD desks (only for program-aligned notes).
o Banks/NBFCs: DBS/StanC transaction banking; Apollo Finvest (infra learnings).
o Incubators/Networks: Headstart (Investor Circle/Mafia/Micro-VC Summit), NICE Angels, iHub Gujarat (Rudri), Venture Center (Pune), India Accelerator (Gurgaon).
Success by Day 30
12+ calls booked; 3–4 NDAs signed; 1–2 LoIs for program-linked facilities (even conditional).
Day 60 KPI— "Terms & Validations"
§ Two term-sheet drafts in play (one DFI/CSR facility, one bank program line with guarantee overlay).
§ Compliance pack v1 (credit policy, collections SOP, KYC/AML, pledge/SH-4 kit, RERA/escrow playbooks).
§ Pricing & RAS sheets aligned to CTO's score outputs; pilot cohort economics (AUM, CAC, DPD).
§ Co-marketing rules (no retail claims, program disclaimers).
Success by Day 60
At least one conditional TS + one MoU with a bank/NBFC for a small program line (₹3–5 Cr) pending pilot metrics.
Day 90 — "Close & Deploy"
§ Anchor facility ≥₹10 Cr (or equivalent multi-party stack) conditionally approved; fee & covenant model finalized.
§ Collections & treasury flows dry-run; escrow live; reporting cadence agreed (weekly ops, monthly portfolio, quarterly ESG).
§ Second lane opened (e.g., SIDBI PRG or CSR-backed guarantee) to de-risk first.
§ Capital owners (examples):
o FMO/GuarantCo/DFID/GEAPP/ACT/CLASP/Ceniarth/Clarmondial → Facility/guarantee conversations.
o Waterfield/Client Associates/ASK/360 ONE/Anand Rathi/InCred PP-MLDs (only principal-protected, program-linked) → structured note explorations.
o DBS/StanC/ICICI/Axis (Open Banking) → payments/escrow/SCF discussions.

§ SRLMs — pick 2 states (e.g., Bihar BRLPS, Rajasthan, Gujarat).
§ DISCOM EE — one state DISCOM + EE program lead.
§ STPI CoEs — shortlist 2 relevant CoEs; prepare joint pilot note.
§ Draft 3× two-page concept notes (ZED, SRLM, DISCOM EE) explaining Ethyx rails + telemetry + program KPIs.
§ Spin up Safe Pilot Cycle with relatives/producer co/SME shells (pre-verified GSTIN; small ticket; pure evidence run).
Success by Day 30
2–3 LoIs or email approvals to draft MoUs; safe pilot scoped.
Day 60 — "MoUs & First Pilot"
§ Sign 2 MoUs (e.g., one ZED/RAMP node + one SRLM or CoE).
§ Pilot #1 live (safe pilot): 25–50 invoices processed on CTO rails; consented data; ESG/SDG tags.
§ Submit 1–2 program applications (SIDBI promotional/cluster, STPI CoE, state SRLM special projects).
§ Partner ops playbook v1 (what data, how measured, grievance redressal, subsidies mapping).
Success by Day 60
Two signed MoUs; pilot data flowing; at least one program app acknowledged.
Day 90 — "Three Pilots & Budget Line"
§ 3 pilots live (safe + 2 external).
§ Budget note issued by one program owner (or CSR partner) allocating ₹2–3 Cr against pilot scaling.
§ ESG/SDG dashboard ready for review by SIDBI/DFI/CSR partner; case study drafted.
§ Gov-Programs owner (examples):
o ZED/RAMP contacts you pasted (Dr. Rajneesh office, Ms. Ankita Pandey, RAMP helpdesks).
o SRLMs (Rajasthan, Gujarat, Bihar contacts you mentioned).
