Key Position Summary

This is a high-impact role that requires an individual to launch and scale SaaS products in the US fintech market.

  • Detailed understanding of the US market go-to-market strategies for launching new fintech SaaS products is required.
  • Strong positioning and messaging skills are needed to resonate with early adopters, founders, and finance leaders.
  • Traction should be driven through community-led distribution, including Reddit, Twitter, Discord groups, startup forums, affiliate networks, and fintech communities.
  • Engagement campaigns should be launched in micro-communities and set up referral and affiliate programs to incentivize early adoption.
  • Distribution partnerships should be built with accelerators, fintech incubators, affiliate marketers, and B2B SaaS tool ecosystems.
  • Critical thinking and analysis are essential to identify and leverage co-marketing opportunities with complementary startups and service providers.
  • Tactical growth experiments should be designed and run to track and optimize conversion across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.
  • Growth KPIs include sign-ups, activation rates, CAC/LTV, referral efficiency, and retention.

Essential technical skills include:

  • Proven success in launching and scaling SaaS (fintech strongly preferred) from the ground up.
  • Hands-on experience with distribution tactics via Reddit, Twitter, Discord, startup forums, affiliate forums, and community networks.
  • A track record of building partnerships and referral programs that have significantly impacted results.
  • A deep understanding of US market go-to-market strategies.
