Account Manager – Staffing (Indian Clients)Location: Onsite – NoidaDo you enjoy building lasting relationships and driving business growth?We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Noida. In this role, you’ll manage and grow key Indian client accounts, understand their workforce needs, and ensure the timely delivery of qualified candidates. You will serve as a trusted advisor, strengthening client partnerships and driving overall business success.Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Indian clients. - Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their staffing needs and challenges. - Maximize account potential by becoming a preferred staffing partner for each client. - Qualify job requirements and collaborate closely with the recruitment/delivery team for effective fulfillment. - Coordinate the end-to-end hiring process – from candidate submission and interview scheduling to onboarding. - Work with internal recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality candidate placements. - Utilize ATS/CRM tools (e.g., JobDiva) to manage client communication, job orders, and placement activity. - Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to strengthen partnerships and explore new business opportunities. - Work closely with MSP and VMS programs to ensure compliance and performance metrics are met.Qualifications- 7+ years of experience in the Staffing & Recruiting industry, with 3+ years in Account Management. - Proven experience managing Indian client accounts. - Strong understanding of MSP and VMS-based staffing programs. - Prior hands-on recruiting experience before moving into account/client management. - Experience working with Hybrid or Offshore delivery models is a plus. - Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented professional. - Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and MS Office tools.Why Join Us- Opportunity to work with leading Indian enterprises and global brands. - A collaborative and performance-driven culture. - Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.Apply by sharing your cv and cover letter at sharma.anika@net2source.comWe can't wait to hear from you
