The ideal candidate will have:- Experience in managing and delivering high-volume permanent and/or contract staffing programs. - Ability to drive the scorecard metrics and strive to maintain the Top 3 rankings with the client. - Experience supporting clients in any of the following industries: software products & applications, IT services, BPO, non-IT lateral hiring, engineering, e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and banking and financial. - Build and mentor a team of strong recruiters and team leads. - A strong sales attitude is required to capture the maximum spend, headcount, and profit margins. - Effective communication skills to impress MSP Program teams. - Prior hands-on recruitment experience is required. - An education degree in any of the following disciplines: B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical), B.Sc (Chemistry/Biology), MBA, B. Pharma, BCA, or Diploma in Computer Science.
