As manufacturers and wholesalers specialising in a diverse range of Gold Nose Pins, Earrings, Rings, and Casting Jewellery, we take pride in our proficiency in both Handcrafted and Machine-made jewellery across these categories.
Job Description
- Understand our products and services well to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key customers.
- Introduce our products/services to customers, initiating further steps in the sales process.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM following the sales process.
- Follow up with calls to nurture leads, address additional questions, and guide customers through the sales process.
- Build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and provide solutions aligned with their requirements.
- Go the extra mile by making callbacks or arranging calls after office hours based on customer convenience.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate or above.
Key Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both Hindi & English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convince potential customers to make a purchase.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient experience in using CRM software.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years in sales.
- Experience in the jewellery industry is a plus.
Other Considerations
- Salary - Rs.20,000 to 35,000
- Timings - 9 am to 6 pm
- Location - Ranjit Avenue, Amritsar.
