Job Description

  • Understand our products and services well to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key customers.
  • Introduce our products/services to customers, initiating further steps in the sales process.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM following the sales process.
  • Follow up with calls to nurture leads, address additional questions, and guide customers through the sales process.
  • Build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and provide solutions aligned with their requirements.
  • Go the extra mile by making callbacks or arranging calls after office hours based on customer convenience.


Qualifications

  • Any Graduate or above.


Key Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in both Hindi & English.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convince potential customers to make a purchase.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient experience in using CRM software.


Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years in sales.
  • Experience in the jewellery industry is a plus.


Other Considerations

  • Salary - Rs.20,000 to 35,000
  • Timings - 9 am to 6 pm
  • Location - Ranjit Avenue, Amritsar.
