Our Enterprise Solutions team works on tech stack implementation projects and managed services engagements, partnering with platforms like Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, and more.
About the Role:
We are looking for a MarTech Solution Sales Manager with 2-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management. This role is ideal for someone passionate about data-driven marketing, customer experience solutions, and MarTech platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, execute sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
- Solution Selling: Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Analytics, and Technology) to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Sales Presentations & Pitches: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospects.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, track leads, and maintain reports using CRM tools.
- Industry & Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competition to identify new opportunities.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with delivery, sales support, and operations teams for smooth project execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in MarTech, digital marketing, or data analytics.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of data-driven marketing, CRM systems, and digital technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
