Key Responsibilities:- Work directly with the Founder's Office to plan, execute, and track strategic initiatives and special projects across global markets.- Conduct in-depth market research, competition benchmarking, and trend forecasting to identify high-growth opportunities.- Create and present strategy decks, board-level reports, and performance dashboards using data-driven insights.- Evaluate and build business cases for new products, partnerships, and revenue streams (study abroad, finance, accommodation, insurance, and tech initiatives).- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Admissions, Finance, Product, Tech) to ensure flawless project execution.- Build and automate reporting models, KPIs, and performance scorecards using Excel, Power BI, or AI tools.- Participate in leadership reviews and contribute to strategic decision-making.- Serve as a change agent to drive innovation, process excellence, and operational discipline across business verticals.Ideal Candidate Profile:Education:- MBA / PGDM from a Tier-1 B-School (IIM, ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, etc.) OR B.Tech / M.Tech from IIT / Top Engineering Colleges with strong business orientation.Experience: 0-3 years (including internships) in consulting, analytics, or high-growth startup environments preferred.Key Skills:- Strategic thinking & structured problem solving- Strong analytical and quantitative ability- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI / Tableau skills- Familiarity with AI / automation tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Zapier, etc.)- Excellent communication & executive presence- Project ownership mindset and multi-tasking ability- Entrepreneurial attitude with high adaptability and resilienceCore Competencies:- Founder's Mindset: Bias for action, ownership, and speed.- Strategic Acumen: Ability to connect market insights to business outcomes.- Execution Excellence: Get things done with precision and accountability.- Learning Agility: Ability to operate in ambiguity and learn fast.- Collaboration: Build strong cross-functional relationships and influence outcomes.- Innovation Orientation: Use technology and AI to simplify processes and improve efficiency.Role Evolution & Growth Path:0-6 months: Management Trainee - Founder's Office | Strategic Projects, Research, Business Ops | Build execution capability and business understanding6-12 months: Associate - Strategy & Growth | Market Expansion, Business Analysis, Leadership Projects | Own independent projects and drive measurable impactPost Program: Manager / Lead Role | Chosen Function (Strategy / Operations / Product / Country Office) | Step into an independent business leadership positionWhy Join MetaApply's Founder's Office:- Direct exposure to founder-level decision-making in a fast-growing global edtech startup.- Opportunity to work across multiple international markets (India, UAE, LATAM, Africa).- Hands-on mentorship from the Founder & Leadership Team.- Fast-track career progression with real accountability and ownership.- A culture that rewards curiosity, courage, and creativity.Location & Duration:Base Location: Noida / Ajman / Hybrid (depending on project)Duration: 12 months (Full-time program)Post-Program Role: Permanent leadership role based on performance.
