Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for the projects.

- Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching and guidance to improve performance.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to adjust sales strategies.

- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, real estate agents, and developers.

- Create and implement marketing strategies to promote properties and drive brand awareness.

- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and website updates.

- Manage the company's online presence, including social media platforms and real estate portals.

- Collaborate with external marketing agencies to design and execute marketing campaigns.

- Generate leads through digital marketing, property exhibitions, and open houses.

- Oversee the CRM system to manage leads, prospects, and customer interactions effectively.

- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from inquiry to post-sale.

- Conduct market research to understand target audiences and competitors, adjusting strategies as needed.

- Analyse sales data and campaign performance, preparing reports for management.

- Organize property launch events and promotional activities to engage potential buyers.

- Manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective campaigns and maximize ROI.

Required Qualifications:

- Educational Qualification:

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

- Experience:

- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably within the real estate industry, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership position.

Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management skills to drive performance and achieve sales goals.

- Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, online advertising, and content creation.

- Expertise in market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships and close deals.

- Ability to manage budgets, track ROI, and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum effectiveness

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies that meet or exceed targets.

- Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including social media management, online advertising, content creation, and campaign execution.

- Experience in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer behaviour study to inform sales and marketing strategies.

- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve high performance and deliver results.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for building client relationships and closing deals effectively.

- Familiarity with CRM systems for lead management and customer engagement.

- Experience managing marketing budgets, tracking return on investment (ROI), and optimizing campaigns for cost-effectiveness.

- Ability to organize and manage property launches, promotional events, and exhibitions.

- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.

- Strong skills in analysing sales data and campaign performance to generate actionable reports and insights
