Role Overview:

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Lead to strategize, execute, and optimize digital ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of audience targeting, and a proven track record of driving brand awareness and lead generation through paid marketing efforts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize high-budget campaigns on Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn Ads.

- Develop and execute paid media strategies to create brand awareness and generate leads.

- Monitor and improve key metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.

- Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing pages to maximize results.

- Hands-on experience in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing tracking tags, pixels, APIs, and webhooks for seamless data integration.

- Knowledge of campaign management and its integration with CRM.

- Continuously analyze data, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns to improve performance.

- Collaborate with the design team to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.

- Stay updated with industry trends and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.

- Report campaign performance and insights to the management team regularly.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Master degree will be an added advantage(mba)

- Strong expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.

- Hands-on experience with campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.

- Proven ability to manage and optimize high-budget paid media campaigns.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data interpretation.

- Experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and UTM tracking.

- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and retention marketing is a plus. Preferred but not mandatory:

- Background in advertising agencies

- Industry experience in EdTech

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-house environment and take ownership of performance marketing efforts.
