What Youll Do

As a Google Ads, Meta Ads & Marketplace Ads Specialist, youll play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns for clients across industries. Youll work closely with our internal creative and strategy teams to deliver high-performing digital campaigns that drive measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and Marketplace Ads campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance and implement A/B tests, bid strategies, and audience optimizations.

Analyze campaign data and prepare insightful reports to guide future decisions.

Work with creative and content teams to align ad messaging and visuals with campaign goals.

Stay updated on the latest PPC and social ad trends, tools, and best practices.

Collaborate with the client servicing team to ensure campaigns meet client expectations and KPIs.

Who You Are

Were looking for someone whos not just good with numbers and ad platforms but someone who gets excited about crafting performance-driven campaigns, learning fast, and growing with a startup-minded team.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.

Proficient with Meta Ads, Marketplace Ads, and Google Analytics.

Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking tools.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and performance-focused.

Google Ads certification is a plus.

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
